Esterházy Palace The baroque palace is the cultural centre of Eisenstadt. In Joseph Haydn’s former place of employment, magnificent concerts and festivals are celebrated today, exhibitions and collections of the House of Esterházy are shown, but also the finest culinary delights are presented accompanied by the finest wines stored in the historic castle cellar. Special guided tours and programmes for young and old make a visit to the castle a special experience.  

Halbturn Castle Halbturn Castle with its magnificent castle park is one of the most valuable historical sights in the country. It once served as a hunting and summer residence for the imperial family. Today it serves as an event location of a special kind. The Halbturner Castle Concerts in summer are particularly popular, but exhibitions, supporting programmes for children or fantastic walks through the castle park also make the visit a special day.  

Kittsee Castle On the outskirts of the centre of Kittsee lies the baroque jewel, Kittsee Castle. Formerly the residence of Prince Ladislaus Batthyány-Strattmann, Kittsee Castle is now one of the most important cultural venues in northern Burgenland with two concert series – the Pannonian Forum Kittsee and the Kittsee Summer Festival.
