The coveted Burgundy truffle is harvested in the forests of the gourmet capital of Graz. A culinary sensation! To mark this occasion, an international festival centered around the exquisite tuber will once again take place in Graz.

International truffle market A highlight is the international truffle market in the Paradeishof, where numerous international exhibitors present exquisite, high-quality truffle specialties from their respective regions. From truffle salami, truffle cheese, truffle butter, truffle chocolate cream, truffle honey to truffle wines. Tasty highlights to enjoy! From October 24th to November 4th, 2023 from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Paradeishof (Kastner & Öhler inner courtyard, access via Murgasse). Closed 26.+29.10. and 1.11.2023!

The partner businesses of the GenussCapital Graz will also spoil you with culinary delicacies based on truffles from Styria, Alba and Istria. You can find participating companies in the festival folder.

Travelharry tip: Go on a treasure hunt in the Leechwald with lively truffle dogs. During the guided truffle hikes you will learn a lot of interesting facts about the noble tuber.
