When: January 5-21/01/2023

Where: Sophienstrasse 18, 10178 Berlin

Tanztage Berlin – an annual festival showcasing Berlin’s up-and-coming dancers and their current work – is back to diagnose the present and predict the future.

In ten performances, including five premieres, the festival examines how to deal with the everyday flood of stimuli and information.

The audience is invited to observe the exchange between bodies in collective dream meditations, protest dances and solo musicals about content overload, to replenish depleted resources and to regenerate through dancing.

When: daily, 10 am to 5 pm

Where: Potsdamer Straße 4, 10785 Berlin (Tiergarten)

Especially in winter, when it’s often too cold to explore the city outside, children look forward to a great afternoon at the LEGOLAND© Discovery Centre. There are a total of 15 stations that invite you to marvel, participate and try things out. The colorful indoor playground invites you to discover and build with the popular plastic bricks, and there is also the LEGO NINJAGO City Adventure play area. A fascinating experience is always the cinema with 4D special effects or the Miniland with replicas of Berlin’s landmarks.

Photo 3: Magic show by Siegfried & Joy

When: 5-24/01/2023

Where: Tipi at Kanzleramt, Große Querallee, 10557 Berlin

Who needs Las Vegas when we have the Tipi at the Chancellery: From this weekend you can marvel at the shooting stars of the German magic scene. Siegfried & Joy had already caused enthusiasm with their humorous debut show. Now they are presenting a completely new program that is guaranteed to amaze again and convince with charm and wit. Anyone who has already seen a show by the magical duo knows: they are always good for a surprise and break all magic show clichés.

Abstruse stories with astonishing endings remain the trademark of the two, proving that there are no longer two charming sorcerer’s apprentices at work here, but real masters of their trade – which Siegfried & Joy keep turning upside down in order to constantly strike new sparks.
